I’m Jennifer Cranston, a creative director with extensive experience leading brand and creative across industries, from global brands to emerging startups.
I’ve built and led in-house teams, partnered with agencies, and worked directly with founders and executives at every stage. From international campaigns to digital platform redesigns, bringing clarity to complex ideas and shaping them into work that’s strategic, distinctive, and designed to perform–with a focus on building the creative systems that help teams do their best work.
At the core, I love brands. Learning them, understanding what makes them connect, and figuring out how they can grow. That curiosity drives everything — whether it’s a new product launch or a deeper brand refresh, I’m always asking how can this brand evolve.
Creative isn’t one thing. It’s a balance of strategy and instinct, vision and execution, the idea and the detail, brought together through collaboration and the people who bring it to life.

THE CREATIVE SALON
In 2023, I launched The Creative Salon—an invite-only series bringing together senior creatives across disciplines and industries.
It began in Paris and has since expanded to New York City and Amsterdam. The Salon has become a trusted space for in-person exchange, new thinking, and creative relationships that extend well beyond the gathering.
